We provide compassionate and personalized home health care services to our clients. Our goal is to help our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life while prioritizing their safety and well being. We work closely with families to ensure that our services meet the unique needs of each individual.
Instead of relying solely on traditional agency-based care, individuals can choose their providers (like friends or family), manage their budgets, and deciding how services are delivered. This promotes independence, autonomy, and person centered care allowing individuals to shape their care according to their preferences and needs.
This provides an option for adults with a developmental disability to get the support they need while living with a family member or a caregiver. The person resides with one or more family members or caregivers, and they provide twenty percent or more of the person's care and support services. (Ohio DODD)

“We have been amazed at the level of care Lighthouse Supported Living gives our daughter. The ladies are very nurturing and compassionate. Although she is mostly nonverbal, they can assess her needs and interests and provide appropriate care and activities. We are very confident that she is safe and happy and all her needs are met by people whom truly care about her.”

“Lighthouse took over staffing in my daughter’s and her roommate’s house in June of 2016 after we had been having some major issues for quite some time it was time to make a change and we did to Lighthouse. My daughter is high functioning, can be charming, but at times can be a challenge. The staff seems to enjoy her and deals calmly with her when she can be challenging and argue about politics, music, etc. Staff still take in to consideration that she has special needs and at times can require extra patience. Since beginning services with Lighthouse my daughter is much happier, gets out more and is much more relaxed. Thank you, Lighthouse!
